Return Window

We gladly accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Items returned after 30 days are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Item Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Be unworn and unwashed
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be in the original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

⚠️ Note: Items that are worn, damaged, altered, or washed cannot be returned or exchanged.

Do We Accept Exchanges?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different item, please return your original purchase first. Once your return is processed, you can place a new order for the replacement.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email Us: Contact our support team at support@classyve.com
    within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Wait for Instructions: We’ll provide return authorization, a return address, and a prepaid label (if applicable).
  3. Ship Your Return: Securely pack your item in its original box, attach the label, and ship it back as instructed.

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval or without a provided return label may not be accepted.

Change of Mind

Returns for “change of mind” are accepted within the 30-day window provided the item meets all eligibility conditions.
However, customized or personalized products are non-returnable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item:

  • Arrives damaged
  • Is defective
  • Or Is not what you ordered

Refunds: Process & Timeline

Once your return is received, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets all return conditions.

Refund Process:

  • Inspection: Item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags and packaging.
  • Notification: You’ll receive an email update once your return is reviewed and whether your refund is approved.
  • Processing: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
